What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. This role is ideal for someone who can think big and translate that thinking into brand activity that’s clear, compelling, and delivers real business impact. You’ll shape brand strategies and campaigns to raise awareness, shift perception, and drive growth. You’ll lead projects from insight and idea through to execution—working cross-functionally with design, content, performance, product marketing, and external partners. This role can be based in Singapore or London.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute brand strategy across markets, products, and customer segments – ensuring alignment with business priorities and market dynamics.
  • Lead integrated brand campaigns, from concept to delivery – collaborating with creative, content, and media teams to bring ideas to life across channels.
  • Own the development of brand assets and messaging that are clear, consistent, and reflective of Airwallex’s positioning and tone.
  • Partner with regional and product marketing teams to ensure brand is adapted effectively and consistently across geographies and use cases.
  • Work with research and insights teams to track performance, test creative, and improve our approach.
  • Contribute to ongoing brand evolution, including work on visual identity, naming, architecture, and tone of voice.
  • Manage agencies and creative partners, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and on brief.

Who You Are

We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but not mandatory.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing – ideally a mix of in-house and agency roles, with at least some time in a high-growth, global business.
  • Proven ability to develop brand strategies and deliver impactful campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong writing and communication skills – able to express ideas clearly and persuasively to creative teams and business stakeholders.
  • A bias for action – you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting into the weeds when needed.
  • Experience working with media, creative, and production agencies.
  • A global mindset and an appreciation for how brand shows up across different markets.
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fintech, tech, or B2B experience is a plus, but not required.
