The Talent Set are delighted to partner with our client to support on the recruitment for a fantastic Senior Legacy Marketing Manager role. This pivotal position involves leading the UK legacy marketing programme, shaping legacy strategies, and supporting international teams to strengthen supporter engagement and maximise legacy giving outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine UK and international legacy marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals
  • Lead KPI reporting, analyse performance data, and recommend investment opportunities for growth
  • Plan and execute cross-channel legacy campaigns via direct mail, email, social media, events, and publications
  • Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and best practices
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to integrate legacy messaging within broader supporter engagement efforts
  • Create adaptable marketing assets to support international teams 
  • Support local campaign execution and manage external agency engagement where needed
  • Respond to legacy-related supporter queries and train staff for effective supporter interaction

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in strategic legacy marketing and campaign delivery
  • Strong understanding of direct marketing and digital channels
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and strategic planning abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, alongside Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across diverse teams and regions
  • Demonstrates organisational skills and attention to detail, with a supporter-focused approach

What’s on Offer

Salary: circa £48,000
2 days a week in the Surrey Office
