The role: Ready to drive the next chapter of growth for the UK market as Senior Growth Strategy Manager, Paid Marketing. You will define and execute the end-to-end paid marketing strategy for HelloFresh and Green Chef, reporting into the Senior Marketing Director and collaborating with the UK Management Board and Global Marketing Leadership team. You will work with a team of marketers to drive a profitable and scalable customer acquisition strategy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Strategy: Lead the development, management, and execution of the paid marketing growth strategy for HelloFresh and Green Chef, delivering on ROI targets and aligning with HelloFresh Group's global objectives.
  • Challenge Incrementality & Optimise: Identify and execute opportunities to increase marketing efficiency, including challenging channel incrementality, growing high-quality customer share, and finding cost-saving opportunities.
  • Lead Media Investment: Own budgeting cycles for both brands, set targets, allocate budgets, and maximise investments for profitable growth.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Lead forecasting and planning, collaborate with analytics and operations, and provide insights to the Leadership team.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Impact: Build strong relationships with local and global stakeholders to ensure UK initiatives are visible, aligned with commercial goals, and well communicated.
  • Data-Led Decision Making: Use data to monitor performance, adjust spend in real time, optimise the paid mix, and unlock in-flight opportunities.
  • Champion Innovation & Growth: Lead strategic projects to attract and convert new audiences, developing strategies with channel owners and leadership to diversify growth.
  • Creative Strategy: Lead creative and messaging experimentation with Brand and channel teams to drive scalable growth and ensure systematic testing and learnings across the funnel.
  • Team Building: Foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity; lead from the front to inspire and develop talent.

Qualifications

  • Visionary growth leader with significant experience in performance and/or digital marketing, ideally in a D2C, consumer subscription, or high-growth consumer brand.
  • Proven success driving scalable growth through performance channel strategies; experience with 8-figure+ growth preferred.
  • Deep understanding of paid channels (Search, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, Video) and their role in conversions, awareness, and consideration.
  • Leadership & Influence: strong communication and interpersonal skills with credibility to influence at the c-suite level and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: strong analytical skills; ability to identify and unlock growth opportunities; understanding of incrementality and attribution; comfortable modelling incrementality and forecasting.
  • Test & Learn mindset with comfort in ambiguity; enthusiastic about ideation, testing, and scaling new channels and growth hacks.
  • Excellent Program Management: able to lead multiple priorities and large-scale projects with deadlines and stakeholder alignment.
  • Customer-Obsessed: grounded in consumer insight, empathy, and market intuition.
