As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Consumer Subscriptions, you will be embedded in our subscriptions Growth Squad, partnering with peers across Growth, Brand, CRO, Product, and Analytics. You will report to the Growth Director and manage performance marketing to drive efficiency and optimise CAC:LTV through paid media, creative optimisation, channel mix, budget allocation, and landing page testing.

This is a role for an action-oriented marketer who excels at experimentation, takes ownership of results, and plays a critical part in delivering FY26 growth targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage performance marketing for consumer subscriptions in a B2C environment to drive growth and CAC:LTV efficiency.
  • Optimise paid media across channels, oversee channel mix, budget allocation, and landing page testing.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Brand, CRO, Product, and Analytics teams as part of the Growth Squad.
  • Lead experimentation, own results, and contribute to achieving FY26 targets.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on performance marketing experience in a B2C subscriptions or direct-to-consumer environment.
  • Skills across paid social, paid search, and acquisition marketing.
  • Experience in funnel optimisation and A/B testing, with ability to link insights to CAC:LTV improvement.
  • Commercial mindset with understanding of CAC, LTV, churn, and growth loops.
  • Ability to translate data into action with a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Aspiring to grow into a senior role.
