Senior Growth Marketing Executive

Location: London or Remote UK | Compensation: £42,500 - £52,500 + share options & benefits.

We’re on a mission to make money work for everyone. Monzo is redefining banking with hot coral cards, early payment feature, education and award‑winning service. This role focuses on paid search growth across UK and US, supporting paid social and affiliate marketing activity.

Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end paid search campaign delivery, optimisation and reporting with ownership of Google, Microsoft, Apple Ads.
• Support paid social and affiliate activity, contribute to growth strategy across key business areas.
• Develop testing strategies around account structure, planning, experiments and creative roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Brand, Integrated Marketing and Creative Studio for high‑performing creative grounded in data.
• Ensure creative assets follow best practice, comply with financial regulation requirements.
• Provide competitive insights including auction insights and landing page changes.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends and share learnings across the Growth Marketing team.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience running successful paid search acquisition campaigns for a fast‑growing business; financial services experience is a plus.
• Curious to expand skills across social and affiliate channels.
• Test‑and‑learn mindset, agile working approach.
• Data‑driven storytelling about performance and customer engagement.
• Customer‑first focus, mission‑led culture fit.
