Role Summary

As a Senior Global Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you\'ll lead the strategy and execution of global and regional lifecycle campaigns, owning activation, engagement, and retention initiatives across multiple channels. You\'ll work cross-functionally with global marketing, data, product, and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle marketing strategy for global/regional campaigns
• Drive user activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation
• Work with CRM channels like email, app push notifications, and in-app messaging
• Use A/B testing, funnel analysis, and lifecycle segmentation strategies
• Collaborate with product, content, data, design, and local marketing teams
• Leverage growth hacking approaches to optimize performance
• Provide strategic direction and campaign ideas to regional teams
• Analyze data and user behavior to inform and optimize lifecycle touchpoints
• Coordinate campaigns that align with performance marketing, SEO, and organic growth

Requirements

• 8+ years in lifecycle or growth marketing, ideally in a global tech or online-first company
• Experience leading multichannel marketing across email, push, and product-based channels
• Proven expertise in campaign design, funnel metrics, and A/B testing
• Comfortable with marketing automation tools and campaign performance analytics
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Ability to operate independently in a remote, global team
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus
• Knowledge of the crypto, fintech, or blockchain ecosystem is a plus
