  • Lead campaigns, shape narratives, and manage programs with precision and flair.

Strategy & Planning

  • Define and execute a demand generation plan for UKI and BeNeNor aligned with global goals and local market nuances.
  • Orchestrate multi-channel marketing programs (ABM, events, digital, partner-led) spanning the full funnel from awareness to acceleration.

Sales & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders; participate in deal reviews, pipeline calls and QBRs as a team member.
  • Work with BDRs and AEs to drive lead follow-up and conversion.

Budget & Performance Management

  • Own the regional marketing budget and forecast, track and report performance metrics; prove what’s working and adjust where needed.

Partner & Account-Based Marketing

  • Co-create programs with global MSPs and local channel partners to expand reach and impact.

Digital & Advocacy

  • Ensure regional web and digital assets are optimized and compliant (GDPR).
  • Collaborate with customer reference and advocacy programs to leverage happy customers as advocates.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record delivering measurable pipeline in partnership with sales.
  • Strong knowledge of UK, Ireland, BeNeLux and Nordics markets, with experience running campaigns across these regions.
  • Experience owning end-to-end programs, managing stakeholders, and making decisions quickly.
  • Experience working with MSPs, resellers, and channel ecosystems.

  • Ability to engage multiple personas—from CIOs to IT admins—and craft content journeys that convert.
  • Excellent written, verbal and visual communication; ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, tight deadlines, and a sense of humor.
