Senior Employee Relations Manager

My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Senior Employee Relations Manager on a Contract basis.
The successful candidate will manage the delivery of a customer-focused professional ER service, working within the People Policy Framework and overseeing employee relations casework.

- Salary: 400 per day, inside IR35
Negotiable based on experience

About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Monitor effectiveness of the organisation's employment policies and casework management.
- Oversee and undertake casework, including attending hearings to respond to workforce issues for 2024/25, including sickness absence (short-term, long-term), and complex mental health and wellbeing cases.
- Provide specialist policy and procedural advice to HR, OD, and service management.
- Make recommendations to managers, identify risks, and suggest opportunities to enhance early resolution.
About you:
You will have the following experience:
- Extensive experience in a similar role.
- Managerial experience.
- CIPD qualified.
- Local Authority experience is essential.
