After two years working with outside agencies, we’re ready to bring our marketing in-house and are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.This is a senior-level, hands-on role where you will manage our Google Ads campaigns (£12k monthly spend) and lead our overall SEO strategy to grow our online sales.ResponsibilitiesGoogle Ads (PPC)Plan, build, and manage campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance MaxConduct keyword and competitor research, and manage negative keywordsWrite high-performing ad copy and create product feedsSet up and manage conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads)Monitor performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate) and optimise dailyReport on campaign results and recommend data-driven improvementsSEODevelop and implement a long-term SEO growth strategyConduct technical SEO audits (site structure, Core Web Vitals, indexing issues)Optimise product and category pages for target keywordsManage link-building strategies and improve domain authorityResearch competitors and deliver a content roadmapTrack and report on organic rankings, traffic, and conversionsRequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience managing both Google Ads and SEOProven experience managing £10k+ per month in ad spendStrong understanding of Google Ads, Merchant Center, GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMRush/Screaming Frog)Proven results driving ecommerce growth (must provide case studies of ecommerce campaigns you’ve managed)Confident analysing data and making commercial decisionsAble to work independently, full-time on-site at our officesSalary & Benefits£30,000 - £40,000 per year salaryFull-time, permanent roleWork directly with the Marketing manager and build our in-house marketing function.Join a supportive, fast-growing UK manufacturerHow to ApplyPlease apply via Indeed and upload case studies of ecommerce companies you’ve worked with, along with your CV and a brief cover letter. #J-18808-Ljbffr
