Digital Marketing Manager – Windsor – Perm - £35-45K We’re seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead on digital strategy and drive high-quality lead generation across multiple channels. What you’ll be doing: * Develop and deliver integrated digital marketing strategies aligned to growth goals * Manage and optimise Google Ads, SEO, email campaigns, and direct channels * Collaborate with broker and partner networks to maximise lead generation * Analyse performance data, track KPIs, and drive ROI improvements * Support brand activity across events, sponsorships, and campaigns What we’re looking for: * 2+ years proven experience in digital marketing (Google Ads, SEO, email, and lead generation) * Strong analytical mindset with ability to optimise campaigns and budgets * Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management * Experience in B2B or financial services is required This is a key role where you’ll have ownership, visibility, and the chance to shape digital marketing in a business with exciting growth plans
