Develop and execute a digital marketing plan that supports growth and engagement goals. Lead campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, social and email with a focus on data‑led decisions. Manage and evolve digital assets, ensuring brand consistency and accessibility best practice. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies to deliver impactful, on‑brand campaigns. Report regularly on analytics and insights to refine strategy and performance. Line‑manage a talented Digital Designer and help shape their development.
The Person
Experience in a senior digital marketing role (Digital Marketing Manager, Senior Digital Marketing Executive, Head of Digital, etc.). Proven digital marketing professional with broad channel experience (email, SEO, PPC, web, social). Confident using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM, CMS platforms). Skilled in managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail, copywriting and communication skills. Experience working within a charity or membership organisation would be a real bonus. Comfortable using CMS platforms and Adobe Creative Suite.
