Overview

My client is looking for a data driven & creative Digital Marketer to join their growing agency. This is a brand new role and you will play a central part in shaping digital content strategies that resonate across channels, drive engagement and deliver measurable results, whether it's earned media, SEO-optimised content or outreach campaigns. The successful candidate will have worked within an agency environment or in-house juggling multiple brands and have PR experience either first-hand or from working with external PR agencies. The role will be client facing and experience of working with clients & excellent communication skills are needed. This would suit a seasoned Digital Marketer or someone looking to take the next step up in their career who has ambitions and can realise them.

Responsibilities and qualifications

  • Experience in digital PR, content marketing or SEO-focused roles within an agency environment
  • Proven success in content-led digital outreach and link-building
  • Exceptional writing skills across formats and platforms
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp
  • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword optimisation and content performance
  • Confidence in presenting and reporting results to clients and internal teams
  • Experience mentoring junior team members

Desirable

  • Paid social media campaign experience (LinkedIn, Meta)
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
  • Familiarity with influencer outreach tools and databases

The role requires a minimum of 3 days a week onsite and some travel to other offices within the UK
