Responsibilities in your new role as Senior Digital Marketing Associate
As a Senior Digital Marketing Associate, you'll be responsible for managing online promotional campaigns targeting both the UK and international markets. You'll create and design inspiring digital advertising and marketing collateral across multiple platforms and develop engaging content that resonates with current and potential audiences. Additionally, you will manage the companys photography and film archive, collaborate with external agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns, and ensure that all digital assets are updated and effectively utilised. You will also oversee the online member portal and website content, assist with client database management, and analyse marketing activities to drive continuous improvement. Your role supports the wider sales and marketing team to ensure the commercial and operational success of the business.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
Were looking for a candidate with previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the hospitality, sports, or leisure industries. A relevant qualification such as a Graphic Design or Marketing Degree is essential, along with exceptional IT skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a deep understanding of social media and digital platforms. You should demonstrate a track record of successful digital content management and possess excellent planning, organisational, and time management abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as well as a creative eye for detail and design.
