Responsibilities in your new role as Senior Digital Marketing Associate
Manage online promotional campaigns targeting both the UK and international markets. Create and design inspiring digital advertising and marketing collateral across multiple platforms. Develop engaging content that resonates with current and potential audiences. Manage the company\'s photography and film archive. Collaborate with external agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns. Ensure that all digital assets are updated and effectively utilised. Oversee the online member portal and website content. Assist with client database management. Analyse marketing activities to drive continuous improvement. Support the wider sales and marketing team to ensure commercial and operational success.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the hospitality, sports, or leisure industries. A relevant qualification such as a Graphic Design or Marketing Degree is essential. Exceptional IT skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Deep understanding of social media and digital platforms. Track record of successful digital content management. Excellent planning, organisational, and time management abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a creative eye for detail and design. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and maintain a high standard of personal presentation. Minimum 3 years of experience.
