About The Role

The role will be offered as a fixed term contract until 15th May 2026 You will lead and develop digital marketing, content and campaign strategy and execution for the Digital Transformation Business defining and crafting how we will engage with our audiences; from clients to prospective employees, to our commitment to the planet. You will support the content marketing effort for Digital Transformation defining and crafting what we share with our key audiences. We are looking for a creative master planner who can own the end to end delivery of multiple campaigns and content production in a complex, multifaceted organisation. You will lead, develop, implement, track and optimise digital marketing and content marketing that supports brand building and performance marketing across our whole ecosystem. This role is strategic and hands on, 20% strategy 80% production. This role requires an experienced professional marketer who can deal with complexity and ambiguity. Youll need a good grasp of digital marketing disciplines and be very competent with content management and SEO disciplines. You need to be organised, creative, and sweat the small stuff. This role requires tenacity and focus being a key enabler to support the growth of the business across the public, private and third sectors. Responsibilities

Lead, plan and execute digital marketing campaign strategy,execution and reporting, covering all digital marketing channels e.g. SEO/SEM, email, social, search, display and digital audio Lead, develop, and test the creative process and concepts for digital marketing campaigns ensuring this is maximised for lead generation and brand positioning In collaboration with Head of Marketing, growth and leadership teams define the overall content marketing plan, channel strategy and measurement of content marketing engagement across Digital Transformation and ensure this is optimised for brand consideration and awareness Work with the Head of Marketing, growth and leadership team to develop lead generation campaigns incorporating events and content strategy that supports the DT-growth goals Lead the design and implementation of measurement systems that actively measure, manage, optimise and communicate the performance of digital marketing campaigns Support the development of CRM strategy and implementation Edit and optimise content from the business that drives engagement for our audiences ? Improve the efficiency, effectiveness and impact of digital marketing campaigns Identify and test trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on this Lead, create and define new and creative growth strategies Research and understand our services, audiences and competitor activity Work in partnership with our growth & agencies to support lead generation Research and understand with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics to ensure we adopt best practice Lead the programme management of campaigns from start to finish In collaboration with the Head of Marketing execute and optimise organic and paid social media strategy, plan and production across instagram, and youtube and ensure effective measurement and reporting are in place to understand impact In collaboration with Head of Marketing take responsibility for coordinating and managing website content, design, uploads, product backlog and content management system Conduct research on the competitive environment and gather market data for the business to define well informed topics and themes for marketing creation. About You

Professional Knowledge & Experience Essential Experience developing compelling stories for marketing with excellent communications skills, copywriting, editing and proofing skills Proven leadership experience in company of scale and complexity Proven experience in content marketing Proven experience managing a content management system Experience managing website design/development and content Proven experience in digital marketing in B2B Proven experience in programme management Digital native having digital marketing and multi channel social media experience Excellent organisation and project management Attention to detail the small stuff matters Proven experience and application of SEO Creative Thinking Excellent stakeholder management Demonstrable experience of Salesforces, Hubspot, and Umbraco About Us
