Location: Hybrid / Manchester base location with frequent travel to sites and to London office

National: £61,698 to £77,123 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Northern Latimer marketing team in collaboration with the Group Head of Marketing and the National Director of Sales to generate quality leads and increase sales on the housing portfolio.
  • Develop and implement the regional marketing strategy to position Latimer as a leader in the sector and deliver first-class marketing communications and campaigns.
  • Deliver integrated marketing campaigns ensuring brand messaging is compelling and consistent across all channels.
  • Lead the regional development marketing team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns using the full marketing mix (digital, traditional channels, social media, e-marketing).
  • Interpret digital analytics and manage multiple budgets and suppliers.
  • Demonstrate strong strategic thinking, critical thinking and report writing skills.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Proven track record in planning marketing strategy and managing targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Experience across the full marketing mix with solid knowledge of digital analytics.
  • Ability to manage budgets and external suppliers and interpret analytics to inform decisions.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication and report writing skills.

Location and travel expectations: This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Manchester. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 3 days per week, must be flexible, and may need to work from the London Head Office up to once per week. Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required.
