• Location: Hybrid / Manchester base location with frequent travel to sites and to London office
• Salary: £61,698 to £77,123 per annum (in exceptional circumstances we would consider a salary of up to 10% above the top of the advertised range)
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Contract Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

• Lead the Northern Latimer marketing team to generate quality leads and increase sales on the impressive housing portfolio.
• Develop and position the Latimer brand, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message across all channels.
• Plan, implement and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, using digital, traditional and social media channels to achieve ambitious sales targets.
• Interpret digital analytics, manage multiple budgets and relationships with suppliers, and report on performance.
• Collaborate with the Group Head of Marketing and the National Director of Sales to shape the regional marketing strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in planning and managing targeted marketing campaigns using the full marketing mix.
• Solid knowledge of digital, traditional channels and social media; experience interpreting digital analytics.
• Strong strategic thinking, critical analysis and effective report‑writing skills.
• Experience managing multiple budgets, suppliers and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strategic, marketing professional with experience running successful marketing campaigns that generate leads and sales.
