Lead the Northern Latimer marketing team to generate quality leads to increase sales on our housing portfolio; develop the Latimer marketing brand and strategy to position Latimer as a leader in the sector. Deliver integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring brand messaging is compelling and consistent across all channels. Lead the regional marketing strategy to achieve ambitious sales targets and implement plans across digital and traditional channels. Plan and manage targeted marketing campaigns using the full marketing mix, including digital, traditional channels and e-marketing; interpret digital analytics and manage multiple budgets and suppliers. Collaborate with the Group Head of Marketing and the National Director of Sales; work in a hybrid and flexible environment. Qualifications

Proven experience in running successful marketing campaigns that generate leads and sales, measuring impact and reporting results. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and report-writing skills; ability to interpret digital analytics; budget and supplier management. Ability to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and lead a regional marketing team with knowledge of the full marketing mix; experience with digital, traditional channels, social media and e-marketing. Location: Hybrid / Manchester base location with frequent travel to sites and to London office Salary: £61,698 to £77,123 per annum Hours: 36 hours per week Contract Type: Permanent Hybrid working and flexible arrangements; base location in Manchester; travel across the region and to London Head Office up to once per week.
