Own and manage the end‑to‑end marketing journey for cottages.com, from planning to execution and performance analysis. Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud to deliver data‑driven, automated marketing campaigns. Build and manage targeted email campaigns and multi‑step customer journeys across key B2C segments. Build and manage our APP Push campaigns, including linking with our technology partners. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Continuously optimise marketing activity based on data, customer behaviour, and business goals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with wider marketing strategy. Further develop your Salesforce skills to break new ground with embedded components such as SMS, What’s App and Sprout Social among many others. Work closely with our wider Marketing team to integrate campaigns across all channels to deliver the best marketing experience and offers to our customers.
Key Skills
At least 2 years B2C Marketing Experience. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience (will consider other automated email platforms). Experience working within leisure/travel or retail is a benefit. Comfortable working within the Microsoft Office suite; Teams, SharePoint and adept with Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Photoshop skills are useful.
