This newly created role blends strategic leadership with some hands-on involvement in paid media, ensuring campaigns are coordinated, data-driven, and deliver measurable results. The Role Lead and coordinate CRM and digital marketing across multiple channels

Manage a team including CRM Manager, CRM Executive, Digital Marketing Specialist, Social Media & Content Manager, and Content Executive

Develop a joined-up performance marketing strategy, making full use of 3rd party data

Oversee paid campaigns with external agency partners

Work closely with brand and campaign teams to ensure alignment

Provide input into martech strategy (currently SFMC & Tealium, with potential changes ahead)

About You Strong performance marketing experience, comfortable with data-led decision making

Proven leadership skills (managing at least 1-2 people)
