Key Responsibilities Lead strategic communications and marketing projects including targeted campaigns, core message development, and leadership communications. Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing Business Partner for social homes to ensure a unified approach across the sector. Drive external communications including proposition messaging, media releases, and industry event promotion. Develop and deliver a content strategy that profiles leaders and promotes WPS at key events. Manage employee communications across housing maintenance and Liberty divisions. Engage senior stakeholders to plan and agree on activities that support business growth.
