The roleTo thrive in this role you will;
- Have solid previous experience gained in a legal environment
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrate great attention to detail
- Have strong organisational and project management skills; be a multi-tasker with the ability to manage assigned tasks in an efficient and timely manner
- Be a smart, fast, reliable and enthusiastic team player
- Have the ability to develop close working relationships with key stakeholders in the practice and business team
Key Responsibilities
In this position you will:- Support the BDM team in delivering the BDM strategy to our key stakeholders
- Respond to marketing requests for information
- Create, manage, edit, revise and proof marketing materials
- Manage video and podcast output
- Work with the BDM team on the delivery and management of events
- Manage the delivery of targeted BD and marketing campaigns
- Support the BDM Managers in the delivery of the Key Client Programme
- Support the BDM Manager and BDM Director in the delivery of the Commercial Client Task force objectives
- Support the Senior BDM Manager and BDM Director in the delivery of a new website
- Support 3 key legal groups in the delivery of their objectives
- Produce ad hoc reports and research as required
- Support the Proposals & Client Intelligence Manager on the delivery of complex tenders
- Assist with directory submissions and support on creds packs
- Act as a final reviewer of creds pack and other BD materials from the Junior BDM Executive and the BDM Assistants
- Support in the development of the Junior BDM Executive and the BDM Assistants
- Support the wider BDM team with any additional projects
