Evolve is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical organisation to recruit a Senior Brand Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of high-impact product launches. You’ll lead the brand across its full lifecycle, work cross-functionally to turn insight into action, and drive strong execution with measurable impact. Ideal for an energetic, strategic brand leader with a strong scientific and analytical mindset.
This is a hybrid role working a minimum of 1 day per week at our client’s head office in the East of England region.

Ideal Requirements for the Senior Brand Manager
* You’ll bring around 2–3 years’ brand management experience, ideally within cardiology, endocrinology or metabolic disease.
* Experience in lipid-lowering therapies would be a strong advantage and give you the chance to build on an already valuable skillset.
* You’ll have been involved in product launches and have hands-on MHRA experience, giving you exposure to high-profile, business-critical projects from an early stage in your career.
Role Responsibilities for the Senior Brand Manager
* Create impactful, innovative, and compliant promotional strategies and materials that bring the brand to life and resonate with key audiences.
* Track and evaluate brand performance, proactively identifying growth opportunities and potential risks to drive smarter decisions.
* Partner closely with cross-functional teams (medical, sales, market access, and more) to deliver successful product launches and key initiatives.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals, scientific leaders, and external stakeholders, positioning the brand as a trusted and credible partner.
