Through the smart application of data, analytics, and independent thinking, they help businesses make better decisions and drive meaningful results.As part of exciting expansion plans, we’re looking for multiple Senior Analysts with expertise in Econometrics and Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) to join their high-performing team.What You’ll Be Doing:Deliver advanced MMM and econometric modelling projects, from initial data exploration to presenting actionable insights.Transform complex data and model outputs into actionable insights that create real value.Deliver high-quality MMM and analytics projects across major client accounts.Build strong, consultative relationships with internal teams and external clients.What We’re Looking For:Solid coding experience in SQL, R, or Python.Strong understanding of marketing, media, and promotional strategies.Hands-on experience in Marketing Mix Modelling.A confident communicator and collaborative team player.Analytical thinker capable of translating data into business impact.What’s On Offer:25 days holiday plus bank holidays.Flexible hybrid working (2-3 days/week in office).Healthcare cash plan & Life Assurance (3x salary).Training and development support (internal & external). #J-18808-Ljbffr
