What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Leading multiple live campaigns from concept to completion - you'll be the driving force behind some genuinely exciting projects
- Managing key client relationships with senior stakeholders who value strategic thinking and creative problem-solving
- Building compelling proposals and presentations that win business and keep clients coming back
- Overseeing campaign budgets and ensuring everything delivers on time and within budget
- Getting your hands dirty - this isn\'t a desk job. You\'ll be on-site at live events, working with production teams, and solving problems in real-time
- Spotting growth opportunities within existing accounts and bringing fresh ideas to the table

- Proven experience in events/experiential marketing - this isn\'t regular account management, you need to understand the unique challenges of live activations
- Track record of growing client accounts - you know how to nurture relationships and expand business
- Budget management skills - you\'re comfortable with financials and reporting

- Problem-solving mindset - you spot issues early and fix them before they become headaches
- Strong presentation skills - both written proposals and client-facing delivery
