We’re looking for a driven Senior Account Manager with brand and marketing experience in place and the built environment to help us grow, support our AI integration, and manage new wins.
Come and join our close knit and friendly team. It’s a busy but stimulating and varied environment, where we take the work seriously but never ourselves.
You’ll have autonomy, be managing integrated accounts, liaising between, strategy, creative, and web development as well as getting stuck in on pitches and new business. Applicants must have at least 6 years agency experience. We're looking for someone who has real energy and will enjoy making a difference and wearing many hats, there's plenty of opportunity here to carve out a role as we grow.
We work in place, property, infrastructure, culture, and hospitality as well as with exciting challenger brands. A willingness to roll your sleeves up and a sense of humour will mean you fit in perfectly. We rarely work out late/out of hours.
Current clients include East West Rail, Horniman Museum, Oxford Street Development Corporation, Adlington (New Town), City of London, Vauxhall, and developers Criterion Capital and Third.i
Experience
Minimum 7 years at brand, design and marketing agency
Property and destination marketing experience
Strategic understanding of branding and a love of the brand creation process
Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns
Comfortable using AI and pro version of GPT for research, knowledge sharing, content generation & analytical tasks
Experience managing web build from strategy through to delivery
Delivery of print and digital including web build, film and animation
Knowledge of the marketing mix
Approach

Ability to think ahead and mitigate any potential issues
Excellent written English and proofing skills
Understanding of client needs and expectations

Pay & benefits
Perm/ FTC up to 12 months:
Up to £50,000 depending on experience + discretionary bonus
AXA health insurance after 6 months
