OverviewSenior Account Executive - Creative Marketing. Location: London, United Kingdom (hybrid) with 3 days in the London Office. Team – Creative Marketing. Role: support in the delivery of healthcare communications programs under the supervision of senior colleagues, working on fast-paced, science-driven accounts. Demonstrates sound consultancy skills, manages competing priorities, and contributes to internal projects.ResponsibilitiesUnderstands the value and need for creativity and innovation in client work and promotes its presence at every opportunity.Possesses knowledge of key marketing tactics and a thorough understanding of creative and digital workflow processes.Has a sound understanding of different creative skillsets and knows when to apply them within tactical and conceptual projects.Builds strong internal relationships with the wider client service and creative team to foster a positive team culture.Develops written briefs for tactical projects as needed.Monitors profitability, budgets, and scope creep to support the practice’s financial health.AXON encourages involvement beyond day-to-day work, including activities related to social impact, Diversity & Inclusion, CSR electives, networking events, and training sessions.
