About the roleSchool Marketing Manager – Fixed term contract (12 months) to cover maternity leave.Location: City Campus. Salary: £39,162 - £44,052 p.a. pro rata. Closing date: 06/10/2025. Interview date: 14 October. Team: Marketing - School. School / Directorate: Communications, Alumni Relations, Marketing and Student Recruitment. This role is to lead the development and implementation of content and marketing activity for the School of Architecture, Design and the Built Environment, in collaboration with the CAMS team and the wider University, to meet strategic priorities in student recruitment and reputation.You will manage the marketing relationship with the School, delivering a broad range of marketing activity (digital, social media, print, events) with a focus on timely, engaging, inclusive content that aligns with brand guidelines and appropriate tone for diverse audiences. You will also manage digital content creation, including web, email, social media copy, digital assets, video and photography, and ongoing website development. A strong eye for detail is vital to ensure consistent messaging.We are looking for a creative, customer-focused and enthusiastic marketer with experience in a complex environment and the ability to liaise with stakeholders across the institution. A degree (or equivalent) and a broad range of marketing skills are required; a marketing qualification or progression towards one is desirable.
