Working under the direction of the School Business Manager, the successful candidate will play an important role in the smooth running of the school supporting administrative routines, working collaboratively with colleagues, and engaging warmly with parents, staff, and children alike. The marketing aspect offers a wonderful opportunity to celebrate and share the life of our school capturing special moments, promoting achievements, and showcasing all that makes St Annes such a special place to learn and work. Essential Qualifications
5 A*-C GCSEs inc Maths and English or relevant level 2 national equivalent
Desirable Qualifications
Any qualifications relevant to the post eg. marketing, IT
Essential Experience
Experience of working in a front-facing, office environment
Desirable Experience
Experience of working in a school office environment Experience of schools financial systems Experience of reception duties Experience of using Parent Pay Experience of using SIMS/FMS modules or other similar software Experience of ICT systems and software (Microsoft Office suite; Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience and confidence in utilising social media to engage a variety of audiences
