Amazing opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Manager. Passion for motorsports is a plus. This role requires a reliable, hard-working & driven individual with excellent organisational skills to manage high-profile events. It is a multifaceted role combining strategic planning and hands-on execution of events to drive revenue, brand awareness and attract clients globally.

Roles & responsibilities

  • Create and implement strategic plans to drive online traffic and attract event guests in order to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across all media channels including digital, social media, and email to promote events and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyse event performance metrics, including attendance, lead generation, and sales conversions, to identify areas for improvement and optimise future events.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve collective goals.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately and costs are controlled accordingly.
  • Build relationships with industry professionals and attend relevant events to stay up to date with market trends and identify new opportunities where possible.
  • Work closely with all other departments in the business in order to drive success throughout the Company.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in event planning and management.
  • Demonstrates strong sales and marketing experience.
  • Brings a track record of success and campaign management.
  • Possesses excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Is able to converse well with a wide range of international clients.
  • Proficient in all digital marketing platforms, including SEO, social media, email, and online marketing.
  • Significant website management experience.
  • Previous experience and interest in working in the sports industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
  • Able to work well under pressure.

Package

Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5.30 pm

Surrey - Office based

£40,000 salary plus international travel & other fantastic benefits
