About the role:
My client is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead proactive sales efforts across a flagship hospitality venue in central London. This role is all about driving new business and ensuring the venue continues to deliver outstanding experiences for a diverse mix of guests
from local visitors to international groups. The Sales Manager will work closely with the leadership team to deliver sales strategies that grow revenue year on year. The focus is on building and maintaining strong client relationships across tour operators, wholesalers, event planners, MICE, trade fairs, and group business. You will also represent the venue at trade shows and industry events, develop partnerships with concierges, guides, and tourism offices, and design creative sales initiatives to expand market reach.
About you: Proven sales experience in hospitality, events, travel, or tourism.
Background in tour operators, wholesalers, or MICE highly desirable.
Target-driven with a strong track record of securing new business.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proactive, enthusiastic, and relationship-focused.
Comfortable managing budgets, reporting, and forecasting.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are an advantage.
Already based in London with the right to work in the UK.
Available to start as soon as possible.
