Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Executive. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a local marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and brand values
• Lead and mentor a small team of Business Development Executives
• Work alongside central support functions and external consultants to deliver campaigns
• Identify, pursue, and optimise new business opportunities
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients to support retention and growth
• Oversee digital and social media campaigns to drive brand presence
• Ensure all activity is compliant with regulatory requirements and company guidelines

Skills, Experience and Training Requirements

• Minimum 2 years\' experience in marketing, ideally with exposure to business development
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a team
• Sector experience in insurance or financial services is desirable, but not essential
• Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns
• Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
