Position Summary
As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our offerings, generating leads, and converting prospects into loyal customers. This role is ideal for self-starters who thrive on performance-based income and enjoy the freedom of working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients and business leads
- Present and promote products/services to new and existing customers
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance benchmarks
- Provide feedback and insights to improve marketing efforts
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus
- Must have reliable internet and access to communication tools
This is a 100% commission-based position. The more you sell, the more you earn—no cap on commissions. Top performers have the opportunity to earn substantial income based on results.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency environment.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
