This is an entry-level role with a base salary plus commission compensation structure, offering both stability and performance-based earning potential. Role Description

As an S/MDR at viso.ai, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers generated through marketing campaigns, web forms, and events. You will focus on driving qualified appointments for our Sales team and maximizing event ROI by ensuring strong attendance and engagement.

What will you do?

  • Appointment Generation: Engage inbound leads and secure qualified meetings for the Sales team
  • Inbound Lead Follow-up: Respond to leads from campaigns, web forms, and events promptly and professionally
  • Continued Nurture: Maintain contact with warm leads through nurture campaigns, with revisit to conversions over time
  • Event Support:
    • Pre-book meetings with prospects ahead of and during events
    • Drive attendance at webinars, conferences, and workshops
    • Invite targeted prospects to exclusive networking dinners and roundtables
  • Prospect Engagement:
    • Outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to build relationships
    • Qualify prospects and hand off warm, sales-ready opportunities
  • Collaboration: Partner across Marketing and Sales teams to align strategies and improve pipeline quality
  • Data Management: Keep CRM data accurate and updated with lead activity
  • Performance Focus: Consistently hit activity, meeting, and pipeline targets
