We're looking for a proactive and organised **Sales & Marketing Coordinator** to join our team in **Newcastle-under-Lyme**. You’ll support our Growth Consultants and Marketing Team in driving new business opportunities and delivering a high-quality experience for prospects and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

Responding to inbound leads and conducting outreach via **LinkedIn, email, and phone**
Pre-qualifying leads using structured criteria
Booking meetings for our Growth Consultants
Attending client meetings to support note-taking and follow-ups
Preparing and updating client proposals
Following up on leads and managing proposal outcomes
Maintaining and updating sales pipelines in our CRM
Supporting client onboarding by coordinating with Accounts and Project Management teams

**Desirable Experience (not essential)**

An interest in the **web or digital marketing** industry
Familiarity with **HubSpot, Monday.com, Apollo.io**, or **LinkedIn Sales Navigator**
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
