Position Overview As the Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and supporting marketing initiatives. You will manage sales operations, coordinate marketing campaigns, and contribute to the companys growth through strategic planning, reporting, and client engagement. This role requires a proactive, organised individual who possesses exceptional attention to detail as well as an ability to independently manage workloads and tasks. Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM, generating reports and insights to support decision-making. Produce monthly sales performance reports, highlighting progress and future plans. Lead the coordination of weekly sales meetings, presenting key findings, tracking performance against targets and ensuring all actions and decisions are effectively communicated among the team and to senior management. Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Develop case studies and promotional materials to support business development. Marketing Responsibilities Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement an annual marketing plan including multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, events, etc.) Liaise with external agencies, briefing, and reviewing their work in progress against targets. Lead on the planning, organisation and smooth operational execution of internal and external hosted events and tradeshows across multiple locations in the United Kingdom with the objective of driving sales. Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform strategy and maintain industry leadership. Monitor social media platforms for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities and produce content for our channels. Requirements A qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Project is an advantage. Familiarity with digital tools and a willingness to learn new platforms. Full training will be provided on our products and software.
