Responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting sales team administration for efficient department operation.
• Promoting and confidently presenting hotel facilities.
• Maintaining accurate databases of accounts and travel agents, organizing mailings for offers.
• Coordinating site inspections, client events, and FAM trips.
• Managing suppliers, monitoring inventory, and organizing orders.
• Managing CRM audits and presenting sales efforts to the DOSM.
• Generating reports and presentations.
• Assisting with sales inquiries and client requests in the absence of the Sales Director and team.
• Creating a friendly environment for guests and staff, ensuring recognition and appreciation.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Experience in luxury sales & marketing preferred but not essential.
• Excellent command of English; second language is a plus.
• Immaculate grooming standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Opera and CRM skills are advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
