We are currently seeking a proactive, organised, and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team in Northumberland. This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic sales and marketing operation within the specialised Air Traffic Control (ATC) and technology sectors.

Location: Cramlington, Northumberland Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) Hours: 35 hours per week (Flexible hours, early finish on Fridays) Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities

Support the Sales & Marketing Manager with customer accounts, lead management, and sales processes

Prepare quotes, proposals, and tender documents

Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Maintain and update the CRM system with sales data and customer interactions

Assist with marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media activity
