What You'll Do:
Provide essential administrative support to Sales and Marketing teams. Manage data entry, report preparation, and document management with high accuracy. Handle incoming inquiries and make outbound calls with a friendly and professional telephone manner. Assist in maintaining and updating customer information in CRM systems. Support the preparation of sales quotes using Sage. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the team. Help manage marketing campaigns, including email distributions and social media updates (training can be provided if required).What You Bring:
Previous experience in a sales support role is essential. Ideally, experience with Sage and CRM systems. Excellent telephone manner with strong verbal and written communication skills. A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to prioritise effectively. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas).Why Join Us?
