Overview Sales and Marketing, Student Recruitment Officer — Permanent, Full-time — £35-50K pa. Immediate Start. Randstad are supporting a selective post-16 College looking to appoint a Sales and Marketing, Student Recruitment Officer. The College offers a friendly, informal yet disciplined approach to learning, helping students become confident, think independently, and set high but attainable goals. The Job Admissions Officer to join the admissions team on a full-time basis to support the growth of the student community and ensure an exceptional admissions experience for all involved. This role will primarily focus on student recruitment, engaging with prospective students, their families, and educational agents. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building new relationships, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and can confidently guide prospective students from their first enquiry through to enrolment. Previous experience in school admissions, student recruitment, customer service, sales, marketing, or a client-facing role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly and build lasting relationships. Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a positive and resilient approach to challenges. Must be willing to go the extra mile when needed and show initiative in overcoming obstacles, always maintaining a constructive and supportive attitude. Must be open to feedback and have a desire to always want to improve performance. Organised, proactive, and committed to student success. Be a reflective practitioner open to others' perspectives. Embody collaboration with enthusiasm for working alongside colleagues. Familiarity with the UK independent school sector. Fluency in additional languages (desirable).
