OverviewRole: Sales and Marketing ManagerLocation: Birmingham Business Park B37 (3 days) home (2 days)Contract: PermanentSalary: Up to £42,000Benefits: Up to 10% company bonus potential, 7% employer pension scheme, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, private medical insurance, life assurance x4 salaryRole and responsibilitiesAs Sales and Marketing Manager you will be responsible for all inbound sales conversion, supporting with outbound sales conversion, developing marketing campaigns and maximising growth opportunitiesCreate engaging marketing content for paid and organic posts across multi-channelsWorking closely with external digital marketing agencies to ensure consistency of messagingDevelop internal and external communication methodsTrack campaign performance and monitor return on investmentResponsibility for all inbound sales enquiries and respond with value propositionsSupport the BDM on outbound sales activity, identifying new opportunities through proactive engagement and engaging with new and existing clients to cross sellLead on promoting publication sales, manage promotional calendars and maintain adequate stock levels to meet demandsClosely manage the full sales cycle, from inbound enquiry qualification through to proposal development and tendersIdentify cross sell opportunities between internal servicesResponsible for accurately managing the sales pipeline in the CRM (Salesforce) ensuring all leads recorded and progress is tracked to support forecastingWork with internal colleagues within Finance, Operations as well as external colleaguesUpdate the Sales and Marketing Director on regular sales activities and target deliverySkills and experienceProven demonstrable experience in B2B marketing or sales within the automotive or manufacturing sector desirableExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational and time management skillsStrong commercial acumen with experience managing sales data and pipelines (preferably Salesforce)Positive, self-motivated, and proactive attitudeWorking patternAs a Sales and Marketing Manager, your working pattern will be hybrid, but for the initial month you will be full time office based.ApplicationIf you have the relevant skills and experience and seeking an exciting Sales and Marketing role then please click to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr
