As a Junior Marketing & Sales, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing and sales teams learning and developing skills within leadership and management to eventually help us manage our growing marketing campaigns and client demand.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Assist our sales team by developing targeted strategies, generating leads, and nurturing customer relationships through effective communication.
• Training and Development: Mentor and develop the next wave of talent in our marketing and sales department, guiding them in campaign development, strategic planning, and professional growth. Help inspire and lead a team of professionals, guiding them in their development, planning, and goal achievement.
• Market Insight: Dive deep into market research to uncover trends, analyse competitor strategies, and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong passion for sales and marketing with a solution oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills.
• Leadership potential and the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
• Previous experience or internships in sales, marketing, or related roles are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ambition and a desire to progress into a management role in the future.
