Hours: Full-time/40hours 8am-5pm

Salary: £35-£40k (Depending on experience)

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is not just a support role - it's a launchpad for someone who is serious about stepping into a Sales & Marketing Manager position within the next 6 months. Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads, support sales outreach, and maintain CRM records Prepare promotional materials, presentations, and event collateral Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy Monitor campaign performance and compile actionable reports Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information Maintain and update website content and product listings Attend trade shows, networking events, and assist with exhibition planning Shadow and support senior team members with the goal of stepping into a leadership role and leasing with marketing personnel
