Job Title: Sales and Marketing Support

Reports to: Sales and Marketing Manager


Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales and Marketing Support professional to assist our commercial team with day-to-day sales operations, marketing coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate data, supporting the sales process, and ensuring smooth communication across departments and clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update customer and prospect databases (CRM), ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
  • Prepare reports, sales forecasts, and performance summaries
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, digital content updates, and event coordination
  • Liaise with clients and partners to support sales initiatives and respond to inquiries
  • Handle general administrative duties, including scheduling, document management, and correspondence
  • Collaborate with finance and logistics teams on order processing and account administration


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or administrative roles
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • French and/or Portuguese language skills are highly advantageous
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
