Junior Marketing Assistant (Retail Media)Short-term contract (10/11 weeks up until Xmas)LondonInside IR35 via UmbrellaThe RoleOur major retail client is looking for a Retail Media Activation Assistant to support their busy and fast-paced team during the peak trading period between now and Christmas.As a Retail Media Activation Assistant, you'll work closely with Activation Managers and Specialists to deliver a calendar of marketing initiatives agreed with brand partners. You'll primarily be responsible for activating online bookings, but may also support other below-the-line activities such as in-store windows, loyalty rewards, in-order sampling, and CRM placements.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of the annual calendar of initiatives agreed with clients.Write clear and effective briefs for the creative agency and internal channels.Manage onsite placements: source assets, use online platforms, and capture proof of execution.Brief and activate other below-the-line activities as needed.Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis (PCA) reports.Collaborate across teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.Maintain strong client relationships and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Highly organised and efficient, with a proactive mindset.Quick to learn and embrace key processes.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure.Evidence of effective client/stakeholder management.Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.Positive, flexible, and collaborative approach.Interest in marketing or campaign management.Experience in data, insight, and analytics.Previous exposure to retail media or the retail sector.Marketing or business-related qualifications.Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group STEM Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
