We are now hiring a Regional Sourcing Manager (NPR) to join our Global Procurement team with a focus on leading end-to-end deliverables, and non-product-related activities for sites in the UK, Europe, and the US. What you will do As a key member of the global procurement team, you will take ownership of sourcing activities across Facility Management (CapEx/OpEx) and Non-Product Related categories for manufacturing sites in the UK and Germany, as well as design centres across Europe and the US. This includes all non-product-related procurement to support site-wide facilities management, such as manufacturing upgrades, automation projects, manufacturing waste management, IT infrastructure improvements, and supporting energy hedging strategies. Your responsibilities will include: * Driving the facility management procurement strategy from sourcing to delivery * Negotiating quotes and contracts with suppliers to achieve the best value * Delivering actionable procurement analytics and insights * Managing supplier relationships and overseeing performance reviews (including SRS ratings and review meetings) * Leading procurement projects to qualify alternative sources * Driving benchmarking and cost reduction initiatives * Coordinating supplier qualification and supporting cross-functional project management What you will need Essential requirements: * University degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, or similar * Minimum 5 years of experience in a sourcing role, including focused on Non-product related CapEx and OpEx * Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment * Outstanding supplier relationship management skills * Strong Negotiation, analytical, and communication skills in verbal and written English * Team builder and player, with a hands-on work ethic * Ability to prioritize and work on multiple activities or projects at one time * Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint presentation, and data analytical skills * Strong teamwork and collaboration skills on an international level * Willingness to travel once per month within Europe as part of your role Desired experience: * Ability to speak German * Exposure to the semiconductor industry * Understanding of a multisite environment * Team leadership or management What your benefits will include: Remuneration & Reward – Starting salary of £(phone number removed)+ (Depending on experience), performance-related bonus of up to 24%, excellent contributory pension scheme of up to 9%, recognition rewards scheme, long-term incentives (DOE), income protection,12 x salary life assurance, and more Health & Wellbeing – 33 days annual leave including bank holidays, flexible benefits scheme, enhanced parental leave, on-site medical centre, virtual GP, subsidised canteen, employee assistance program, retail and entertainment reductions, and a great variety of sports and social clubs Professional Development – Possibility for funded academic support up to PhD level, employee goal setting and development plans, huge growth potential both internally and globally within the business, opportunity to contribute and work with cutting-edge technologies Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability – A global commitment to becoming carbon neutral by 2035, working with suppliers who embrace and comply with the Nexperia Supplier Code of Conduct, and paid time off for every employee to support charitable work Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion – Corporate members of Neurodiversity in Business and a Disability Confident Employer.
