We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Marketing to lead field and partner marketing in the UK and Ireland. This is your chance to shape how Saviynt shows up in the market, drive pipeline with impact, and empower partners to succeed alongside us.
What You'll Be Doing: The Impact You'll Make
- Own the Regional Playbook: Partner with Sales and Channel leaders to create quarterly marketing strategies that move the needle on pipeline, growth, and market share
- Drive Demand & Results: Manage budgets, metrics, and program ROI with a relentless focus on business outcomes
- Bring Campaigns to Life: Localize and enhance global campaigns so they resonate with regional buyers, partners, and influencers
- Power Digital Growth: Launch digital campaigns, webinars, and co-marketing programs that capture attention and convert interest into opportunities
- Fuel Partner Success: Design and execute joint marketing initiatives with top alliance and channel partners, maximizing impact and ROI
- Lead & Inspire: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team that thrives on collaboration and results
What You Bring: Your Unstoppable Edge
- 8+ years of proven success in B2B field or partner marketing, including team leadership experience
- A channel champion mindset with a deep understanding of partner ecosystems and how to market to and through them
- A strong grasp of the marketing-sales funnel and the know-how to accelerate pipeline growth
- Data-driven decision making; ability to measure and optimize ROI across campaigns and programs
- A track record of influencing cross-functional leaders and building trusted relationships with Sales and Marketing executives
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools to manage funnel metrics and reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and inspire action
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
