The Role We are seeking an experienced Recruitment & Marketing Manager to play a key role in developing and expanding Stellar Consultants. This is a varied role that combines recruitment, marketing, and business development, with opportunities to represent the company at industry events and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities Lead recruitment activity for engineering professionals: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Manage marketing activities including social media campaigns, digital branding, and promotional material. Represent Stellar Consultants at exhibitions, conferences, and networking events. Support client engagement and assist with proposals and presentations.
