Opportunity to lead CRM and email marketing activity within an expanding recruitment business Exposure to modern recruitment technology including Bullhorn and SourceBreaker Supportive and collaborative working culture within a B Corp certified organisation Chance to run campaigns that directly influence candidate attraction and business growth Opportunity to shape how marketing and recruitment technology work together Must haves Experience using a CRM platform, ideally within recruitment or a similar environment Experience planning and delivering email marketing campaigns Strong understanding of segmentation, database structure and data management Ability to analyse campaign performance and engagement metrics Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Comfortable working closely with recruiters and internal teams Nice to haves Experience working within recruitment, staffing or talent acquisition environments Knowledge of Bullhorn CRM or comparable recruitment platforms Experience supporting LinkedIn marketing or social media campaigns Experience using sourcing or candidate intelligence tools such as SourceBreaker The role Maintaining and developing the Bullhorn CRM database to improve segmentation and data quality Delivering targeted email campaigns to both candidate and client audiences Creating segmented mailing lists to support recruitment campaigns Supporting consultants with marketing activity for candidate pipelines Tracking and analysing campaign performance including open rates and engagement Helping develop talent communities across key recruitment sectors Supporting digital activity across LinkedIn and other social channels Promoting live roles, candidate availability and relevant market insights Ensuring all CRM and marketing activity remains compliant with GDPR Identifying opportunities to improve automation, campaign workflows and engagement Interested?
