Location: Reed Bristol - Castlemead, BS1 3AG
Salary: £26,000 - £34,000 (DOE) + uncapped bonus
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hrs/week (Mon-Fri)
Contract: Permanent
Hybrid Working: 3 days in-office, 2 from home (after onboarding)

• Sourcing top talent through headhunting, advertising, and referrals
• Managing the full recruitment cycle—from brief to placement
